Bella Fountain loves property. Always has, always will. It may either explain or be explained by the fact she's lived in over 20 houses in her life so far. And loved every one of them!

She's also a jack of all trades, graduating with a degree in Contemporary Arts that fueled and honed her photography skills. She then moved on, into a customer representative role for a major bank – thriving on the challenges in an often stressful environment. Eventually, she found herself in property management in 2006 and felt right at home. During a break with a newborn son during 2007 she indulged her creative side with freelance writing and photography but was easily lured back to property by her two business partners Megan Hampton and Kirsty Dunphey, to create Elephant Property in 2008.

As a property investor herself, she understands the complex nature of opening your home to tenants. It's not easy. As a property manager, she's a thorough and dedicated guardian of your investment. That's not easy either, but it's important.

Mostly though, she likes having fun and making people happy. She loves that having a great property manager makes people happy!
