The Elephant Property Team kept in regular contact with us prior to finding us a tenant (in just 3 days!) and have continued this throughout the tenancy. Whenever issues have arisen at the property they've been very prompt in contacting us and resolving the situation. We've also found the team to be extremely prompt and helpful in inspecting potential rental properties for us.

It has been fantastic, thoughtful, and very professional. This is my first rental property, and I was, at least, petrified about sorting the paper work. Most of all worried that my investment was going to be in safe hands. And it is.

When the contract signing of my property was at hand, it seemed that the whole deal was going sour, and I was being fed information from different people, some true, some not, some fraudulent. Too hard to pick! All 3 girls at Elephant are friendly, approachable and nothing was ever too hard! Communication was probably the one aspect that was most memorable. Whether it through email or phone, I was kept up to date with whatever was going on with the property, even if it was to touch base and let me know everything was fine!

Being in Queensland and having our property 2500kms away, we transferred to Elephant from another agency. The level of service provided by Megan & the ladies at Elephant far exceeded our expectations. Our main reason for leaving the inferior agent prior was lack of communication and a rather haphazard approach. Megan has been fantastic - a better property manager you will not find ANYWHERE.
