Monique Welsh, known to us here in the office as “Mon” is the fresh young face you’ll most likely see when you walk in the office at Elephant HQ. With a real love for property, beginning at a young age, Monique would attend open homes with her parents looking for investments. Now, at the age of 18, Monique excitedly looks forward to buying her first investment property soon and is searching and researching vigilantly!

Monique is excited to be working here at Elephant Property as it combines her two passions in life: people and real estate. "I am excited to be working for Elephant Property in its high growth stages because not only do we help our investor's assets reach their full potential, but to be learning from Megan, Bella, and Kirsty who are all investor themselves, makes me extremely grateful and fortunate."

Monique is currently studying a Certificate IV in Property Services, and looks forward to completing further study both within the Real Estate industry and at University.
