What this means is that almost all of our properties are rented at any time.
As a firm, we pride ourselves on keeping our current tenants happy and in their homes, and when the time does come for them to move, we make it a priority to get new tenants ready to move in as quickly as possible (preferably within days of previous tenants moving out). As such, our occupancy rate has always been higher than the market average.
